Summary / Purpose
This position is under the direction of the Extrusion Manager and is responsible for producing and/or packaging quality tubing and/or cut pieces according to customer specifications. This person is also responsible for maintaining the line, trouble-shooting, setting up the line, performing screen changes, setting up the winder, being prepared for change-overs and assigning lot numbers. This person must be capable of performing all employee tasks and other duties as required and assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating instructions and procedure manuals and manufacturing terminology. Ability to print simple sentences and legibly complete reports. Ability to follow and understand verbal instructions. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to other employees of the organization and respond to questions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratios, and percentages to practical situations.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
