OfficeTeam is working with a great company in the Reno area that is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis. The primary responsibilities include providing support to the team by replying to email messages from customers, as well as problem-solving over the phone. The candidate will review communications to ensure accuracy and answer questions over email as well as on the phone. Our candidate needs to have good decision making skills, strong customer service skills, the ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple systems, and excellent problem solving skills. - A positive approach to your work that eludes professionalism - Strong customer service, administrative, communication, and social skills - Ability to use multiple computer systems and applications, along with utilization of search engine tools to research information - Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers - Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research - Excellent problem-solving skills - A strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word experience is highly desired - Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience is preferred - 2+ years of experience id preferred
