Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position organizes, prepares and assists with all food served for banquets and/or catered events held at District facilities including The Chateau at Incline Village, Championship and Mountain Golf Courses, The Grille, Aspen Grove and Diamond Peak Ski Resort; supervises and coordinates back-of-the-house (BOH) banquet staff. Diploma or GED plus five yrs related experience and/or training or equivalent combo; good organizational, communication and guest service skills; follows verbal/written directions & positively deal with changing circumstances. Experience working in a busy, crowded environments handling large amts of merchandise with accuracy, honesty & safety. Able to work a varying schedule incl wknds/holidays. Posses valid DL. Certified as Food Service Mgr by Washoe Co or obtain w/in 3 months of hire. Lift &/or move up to 100 lbs. $48,786 - $58,543/yr, DOE plus health, vac/sick leave, recreation privileges.
