Subcontractor will 'open doors', pursue, and close transactions for joint research and/or licensing for the following assets ('In-Scope Assets'):
?Selected Healthcare AI assets
?Quantum for Pharmaceuticals companies
?Other assets, as mutually agreed and documented in writing by Subcontractor and IBM
Subcontractor will call into more than 50 relevant companies leveraging its network and expertise, to get IBM meaningful meetings with client decision-makers and key client stakeholders for more than 20 companies.
The objectives of the project are (1) meaningfully opening doors leading to deeper client exploration for at least 20 clients into IBM Research's In-Scope Assets and client engagement with IBM in joint research and/or licenses, and (2) closing deals with clients. To do so, Subcontractor will be expected to initiate a productive relationship with key client stakeholders and decision-makers that results in the client company's willingness to execute a confidentiality agreement and dedicate travel and/or resources for an introductory client meeting and other successive meetings on the In-Scope Assets.
Subcontractor will learn the In-Scope Assets offering, share/update/create any external materials that it will use during its door opening activities and communicate frequently with the IBM team about specific clients/client needs/issues. Subcontractor will collaborate closely with the IBM team towards the achievement of the project objectives.
