Ahern Rentals is seeking a Product Support Specialist who will be responsible for the generation of rental revenue for the assigned branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Training of Sales Force on specialty products through ride a longs
  • In house presentations and hands on training
  • Customer interactions
  • Sales calls, will assist sales team with quotes
  • Customer needs, job walks, ensuring customer set ups are complete
  • Meet customer and Ahern specialty standards
  • Will report to Branch Manager
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have ability to tow a trailer
  • Able to work under rough conditions heat and cold temperatures
  • Industry knowledge in Generator, pump and climate control preferred but will to train
  • Ability to be available for afterhours calls
  • Flexible work schedule as a lot of our business is emergency
  • Physical Requirements:

    The physical demands described here are a representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. It will be necessity to use computers, keyboards, multi-line telephones, e-mail and other technology extensively in their work.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
